DAEMON Tools lite ( free version ) enables you to convert your physical CD/DVD discs into “virtual discs” so called “images”. It also emulates up to 4 virtual CD/DVD drives, so you can mount and unmount images. What this means is that if you have an image file such as iso, bin, cue etc.. this software will allow the emulation of that image as a cd/dvd drive.

What I really like about this software is the option to use FTP to transfer files. The VPN option will allow you to share files, chat, video or Voip through secure VPN connection.

If you are a photographer or a Parent, I am sure you have a tons of pictures stored on your hard drive. With that many pictures on your hard drive it is very easy to get duplicates and such. This program has a nice GUI ( graphic user interface ) and will display the duplicates based on a CRC check. So even if your picture have a different name, it will find it.

This is an application for the MacOs that allow you to send a file to a ftp server/website or to flicker. You don’t need an account with Dockdrop, but if you upload to a ftp server, you will need access to your own ftp server. Once you are done, it will copy the link in the clipboard and you can send the link to friends.

This a the best windows emulator I have found. It allows you to virtually do anything… Creating word documents, playing solitaire, ordering food online and much more.
Try it it’s a java based emulator.
